Task: Working with empty states
Challenge: I wish Amazon would have developed their empty states a bit more, like this one, which only states: "Add TV-shows or films". When signing up to Netflix for example, this is done by having the newly-signed up user pick among a range of titles, and then an AI will create a list of similar titles which would be featured as suggestions on this page. I believe a similar method like this would have enriched the experience.
