Who am I?
I am a senior copywriter, content manager and UX writer.
I've always been super passionate about the luxury industry and new technology.   Today, I help my clients to put out fires; companies call on me to hit the ground running and learn by doing with minimum supervision and support. It has turned me into a reliable helper who works independently on creating product and brand narratives that increase revenue and boost brand awareness for my clients.
What is my approach?
I always familiarise myself with the immediate needs of my clients, prioritise urgent tasks and execute the to-do list when it comes to communication for web, blogs, CRM emails, UX, social media and other things related. I get to know everyone in my team to understand their priorities, strengths and how to ease their stress. I'm also a positive person, always trying to see the fun in any situation while remaining considerate to the current circumstances of Covid-19.
Where have I worked before?
I have a vast experience in retail, tech and ecom, both as a freelancer and working in-house shaping the tone of voice for some of the worlds most prestigious brands; Burberry, Net-a-Porter, Marks & Spencer/Ocado, Swarovski, Bicester Village, McArthur Glen, Vogue Italia (having attended over 100 shows), Daily Mail etc. Recently, I also threw myself in to the world of tech, consulting and writing for global companies such as AMAZON and Depop (part of Etsy) while also consulting and creating narratives for start-ups. I put pride into my work and love going on a journey with my clients to discover new ways of reaching their audiences.
